Crabtree & Evelyn La Source Relaxing Body Wash and Body Lotion

Crabtree & Evelyn is a store I often ignore. I know that sounds really odd but, you know those shops you always see but never go into because you think that they're just not for you?

Last week's fundraising event for The Emma Maltby Memorial Fund was held at Crabtree & Evelyn in the Victoria Quarter in Leeds and it was my first visit to the chain! The event was lovely and at the end there was a little raffle, where I was lucky enough to win a set of C&E's La Source range!

The La Source range is Crabtree & Evelyn's best selling collection and I am in no way surprised by that. The scent is utterly refreshing and reminds me very much of the Spa! Now that I own some Crabtree & Evelyn products, I feel that their packaging and design is quite possibly the reason I was never enticed by them, as they aren't particularly modern. Another fact of the matter is that Crabtree & Evelyn's niche is body care and hand care - two types of products that I tend to pop into Boots or Superdrug for.

I regret my previous choices for body care entirely! The La Source Relaxing Body Wash and Body Lotion are divine. The body wash lathers up beautifully and leaves your skin smelling absolutely gorgeous! It's such a fantastic product and leaves you feeling silky smooth, without even applying the moisturiser. I would say that it leaves you feeling how the Nivea In Shower Body Moisturiser leaves you feeling, very hydrated and smooth. You barely need any to get that lovely lather and lasting scent either.

As for the La Source Body Lotion, it's my new favourite. It's the fastest absorbing moisturiser I have ever ever ever seen and it leaves your skin feeling silky and smooth! I'm not even kidding; when you apply this in the shower one evening, you can still smell it after sleeping on it the morning after. It's luxurious.

I absolutely adore these products and I am so excited to have won them! They smell beautiful and will last absolutely ages as you need so little upon each application.

The La Source Body Wash retails at £15 which, although seems a lot initially, is such a good investment. The same goes for the La Source Body Lotion, retailing at £16. They'll both last you for a very long time and are such a little luxury to get your skin in tip top condition.

Have you tried any Crabtree & Evelyn products? Can you recommend any?

Love, Steph xxxx
