February Favourites

AS IF it's nearly the end of February?! It feels like ages since I last blogged too. So here I am with my favourites for this month.
1. ASOS Cross Body Bag With Push Lock - My lovely housemates got me this for my birthday after I asked them for a new mini-satchel-kinda bag. I gave them a rough estimation of size and told them that I didn't want black as I already have so many black bags. This bag is perfect. It fits in just the right amount of things and is going to see me into Spring very happily. It's my favourite colour too!

2. Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butters - So far I have Berry Smoothie, Macaron and Candy Apple. I'm so in love with them. They glide onto my lips and are more pigmented than I expected them to be, in a good way! They really are like butter and don't even feel sticky when they're on my lips. I know I'm really late on this bandwagon but if you're haven't tried them, you should definitely invest. They stay on for ages!
3. Sinful Colors Nail Polishes - I only have four or five SC nail polishes and I picked up these two with some birthday money. They're the shades 24/7 (neon pink) and Easy Going (pale pink/nude). I created a nail art look using them which can be found on my instagram - @stephmap. They're such a good formulation and with a good base and top coat they stay put for days. Easy Going is definitely my new favourite nude too! Bargains at £1.99 each.
4. It's Potent! Eye Cream by Benefit. I got two of these little samples in sets for Christmas and I apply them daily. I did have a couple weeks off at the end of January, just because I forgot about them somehow, but other than that I've applied this cream to my eye area virtually every day since Christmas - and I'm still on sample pot number 1! I will definitely invest in the full size version when my samples run out. It's so thick and creamy and makes the skin around and under my eye feel so plump and smooth. I can't say I've noticed a reduction in dark circles, but the feeling this gives me is worth the price anyhow.
5. Bourjois products - I'm teaming these two together; the Volume Glamour Max Holidays Mascara and their nail polish in Bleu Model. I received them both as a Christmas gift from my housemate and after initially not seeing the potential of this mascara, I started using it again last week and I am head over heels! It's so black and does exactly what it says on the tin. This nail polish is now a fave of mine too. It matches my little satchel perfectly and it's so glossy that the only reason is needs a top coat is to prevent chipping.
Have you tried any of these products? What are your favourites this month?
Lots of love, Steph xxxx

  2. I have the lip butter in strawberry shortcake, the colour is so pretty but I found it to be a bit overpriced for a lip butter...

    1. Kinda overpriced for a butter but I see them as more of a lip colour than just a balm kinda thing! xx
