Make Up Forever Mist & Fix

When I think of Make Up Forever, I think of Kim Kardashian. All of her make up artists say that she wears their foundation! So when I was wandering casually down the Champs-Elysee in Paris and went into Sephora, I went straight to the Make Up Forever stand. I wanted to get something that I wanted, not just something for the sake of it. So I got a setting spray! I'd been after the MAC one for a while so I thought I might as well get the MUF one instead! (ALSO yes I am joking! I would never casually walk down the Champs-Elysee - more like a kid in a sweet shop!)

I have had this spray for a good month now but I didn't want to review it until I'd tried it a good few times on a couple of different occasions. I can now safely say that it is incredible. I first tried it when I went to Disneyland and I wasn't too impressed as it didn't last my entire day - but do bare in mind that this was a 16 hour day. I realise that I was definitely expecting too much from a setting spray after this trip so I gave it a try on some more realistic ones. I've since used it for nights out and events such as meals and even for the Leeds Meet Up! It does such a good job. It doesn't protect against shine but it keeps everything in place. My foundation doesn't stay matte with this on top but it stays where I put it. It has a really obscure scent, it's not floral and nor is it fresh. It is by no means unpleasant but I have nothing to liken it to - which is a rarity!

The packaging for this product is really basic but I think it's quite professional looking. The bottle is pretty big and fortunately the spray doesn't release too much when you pump it. It really is a mist and it's really easy to cover your entire face with just a few pumps. One thing I would like to point out is that this product becomes very unpleasant if you get it in your hair! So I do tend to put a towel around my hair when I spray this onto my make up.

Overall I'm really impressed with this product! I feel so cool when I use it too, it's like I'm releasing my inner Kim K. Although I must admit, Khloe is my fave.

You can buy it in Sephora for around €25/$29!

Lots of Love, Steph xxxx
